An absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. The first item I received was a different model from the one I had ordered, but after contacting customer service, the issue was handled promptly and professionally. They sent me the correct item quickly and completely free of charge. The product is truly beautiful—elegantly designed, thoughtfully made, and incredibly functional. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and especially impressed by the exceptional customer service. Truly deserving of 5 stars!
