Gift returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. You are responsible for shipping costs of returned gift orders.

Pro tip

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee shipping fulfillment.

Package Protection

Coverage for loss, theft, or transit damage, with added free return benefits. Package protection is nonrefundable.

Does PopUps offer price matching?

We currently do not offer price matching.

Items in our sale section are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Personalized orders are embroidered and are therefore considered final sale, and non-returnable.
