  • Can I wash my PopUps bag?

    Of course you can! In fact, you can just toss it in the washing machine. Here’re some best practices:

    • Use cold water or the gentle cycle.
    • Do not use the dryer machine.
    • Simply lay flat to dry and it should be ready to go again in an hour (it’s gentler and better for the environment).

  • What fits inside your bags?

    We LOVE talking about this. Here’s the deal:

    • The Everyday Tote - our roomiest bag. You can pretty much fit everything you can think of: a laptop up to 15”, text books, spare sneakers, water bottle and some snacks. You can even insert The Pouch (not included) filled with anything from diapers and clothes to makeup. The Essential Pouch (included) fits keys, lipstick, cell phone, ear pods and other important small-ish stuff like that.
    • The Flap Chain - a more elevated night and day bag that fits an incredible amount of stuff including a laptop up to 13”, a bag of wipes, wallet, phone, keys, makeup, hand sanitizer, sunglasses and other daily essentials.
    • The Camera Bag - Compact and weightless yet surprisingly roomy, this bag is great for all the items you need and then some. For example: makeup, phone, wallet, keys and even a snack or two. The attachable Essentials Pouch (included) adds even more room, in case you need it.
    • The Icon Tote - As stylish as it’s spacious; it can carry a laptop up to 14”, makeup bag (we recommend The Pouch), water bottle, a journal, and all your daily essentials.

  • Are your bags reversible?

    No, they are not designed to be reversible.

  • Is The Everyday Tote structured?

    With the bottom in place, yes The Everyday holds its shape. But you can also remove it and fold it to, for example, travel.

  • Are your bags waterproof?

    They’re water resistant. Meaning, they can get wet and water won't damage them. But, if sufficient water soaks it, your items inside might get wet.

  • Can I use bleach on it?

    No, bleach will discolor your bag (and all other clothes for that matter).
