It’s important to us that you absolutely love your bag. If for whatever reason you are unhappy, you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Email email@example.com with your order number to request a return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. There’s no restocking fee.
We will send you an email when your return has been received and, once we inspect it, we will notify you whether it was approved or rejected for a refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.
If you are approved, your refund will be returned to the original method of payment. Please note that funds may take up to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All items marked SALE.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. You are responsible for shipping costs of returned gift orders.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee shipping fulfillment.
