Refund policy
It’s important to us that you absolutely love your bag. If for whatever reason you are unhappy, you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Email info@popupsbrand.com with your order number to request a return.
- We do not currently offer free returns.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. There’s no restocking fee.
- We will send you an email when your return has been received and, once we inspect it, we will notify you whether it was approved or rejected for a refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.
- If you are approved, your refund will be returned to the original method of payment. Please note that funds may take up to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only
- In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.

Gift returns:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. You are responsible for shipping costs of returned gift orders.
Pro tip
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee shipping fulfillment.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
Coverage for loss, theft, or transit damage, with added free return benefits. Package protection is nonrefundable.
BLACK FRIDAY SALE
Items purchased on Black Friday Sale are applicable for returns and exchanges under our current return policy. Already discounted items from the previous sale section ARE FINAL SALE AND DO NOT APPLY FOR OUR RETURN POLICY.
