I never make negative posts but I’m so disappointed. Ours came discolored by likely transfer from a darker fabric. I’ve spent an hour trying to open a return on their website across 3 different platforms only to get a spinning wheel and repeated coupon pop ups. Trying to return it seems like a cute bag if they could protect the fabric.
