It turned colors to a rusty pink on my first trip, not sure why that happened:
Truly amazing customer service! I love my everyday tote so much. It’s great quality, such a strong sturdy bag that even when filled doesn’t feel too heavy. And the material of the straps sits comfortably without digging!
But I had an issue with an older tote bag and the customer service was really exceptional in helping me fix the problem! Can’t say enough nice things about this bag and brand! 🤗
