What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. We have confidence that you would love your POP UP and become part of our Pop Ups family.

We offer returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. Still, if you are unhappy with your order because something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know.

If for any reason, your original form of payment is no longer active or able to process the refund, you will receive store credit for the same amount.

To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@popupsbrand.com to request a return authorization. You should receive within 24 hours with return instructions to mail the items. There is no restocking fee.

Please note that personalized bags with initials or any other words are non-returnable. 

We also offer 30 day guarantee to cover any issues related to your purchase 

Please note that we are not able to process returns for items listed as Final Sale.

PURCHASES FROM OUR STOCKISTS: We can only accept returns made through our website www.popupsbrand.com Purchases made from our official retailers need to processed and discussed directly with them and manage with our representatives in the stores

When will I receive my order?

Due to COVID-19 and high peak season orders are experiencing processing delays of 2-3 business days when you choose free shipping. If you would like it sooner there is the option to pay expedited or rush shipping fees. You would receive an email notification with the status of your order, make sure to put your email address when you place your order.

How do I take care of my POP UPS?

  • When you receive the bag air it for a few hours to refresh the neoprene fabric
  • Cold machine wash on gentle cycle with non-harsh detergent. 
  • Do NOT put it on the drying machine
  • Rinse thoroughly, drip dry.
  • Hand wash 

 

Do you have any discount for new customers?

YES, we do! When you register to our newsletter list you’ll receive a welcome email with your discount code, valid for your first purchase. Enter that code at checkout and you would get a 10% discount! If you have any trouble receiving the email please chat with our live chat.

Do you have any reward for loyal customers?

YES, we love to see how you style your bag, if you tag us in social media @popupsbrand using your popups you would receive a $5 off in your next order. Also, if you give us a review on our website, we would love to give you a $5 off.  Thank you for being part of our pop ups family! Hope we can be part of your adventures.

Do you sell Wholesale?

Yes please write us through this portal https://popupsbrand.com/pages/wholesale-inquiries with all your information and we will get back to you in 1-2 business days

Can you close your bags?

YES! The Everyday Collection has a buckle in the middle that close them and also come with their pouch inside attached that have a zipper for the things you want to make sure be safe.

Where can I see POP UPS products in person?

Many stores around US carry our brand.  You can see some of our bags there depending on your location but we recommend call them before you go if you want a specific color or model.

Does POP UPS ship internationally?

Yes, however we do not offer free shipping for international orders. Due to COVID -19 most shipping companies are experiencing delays. The length of the delay depended on each country local delivery abilities. We don’t offer international returns.
